Farmers Weekly – “Read all about it”

Farmers weekly David Jones spent a hour or two interviewing Tim Lamyman at Worlaby Farm reporting on Tim’s recent YEN Gold awards but more importantly they document how he achieved this impressive UK wheat record yield on grade 2 wold land. It would be good to see other growers running for yield records ad perhaps getting involved in YEN?

If any growers want to try the Delta and 1-4-AL programme on Spring Crops then please call me on 07796 947 182. Best of luck regards Patrick Salmon.

Give your OSR a boron boost

Your OSR crops may be suffering from boron and molybdenum deficiency right now – that’s according to the latest feedback completed this season. With the outlook for the growing season looking good, despite the late frosts, growers should act now to ensure the best possible yields.

    Faster than all conventional fertilisers

“We recommend using our Bionature Rainbow Wave liquid boron and molybdenum, mixed at one litre a hectare with other sprays applied during flowering. This will correct the imbalances and encourage the plant to transform the sugars and amino acids being formed in early pod sets and utilise them to produce harvestable yield. The fact that Rainbow Wave is a liquid product means it has a quicker effect than conventional, solid fertilisers”.
